Beefeater In-Edit film festival

Each year more artists make their own musical documentaries. This year, In-Edit brings us films with stars like Freddie Mercury (The Great Pretender), Joe Strummer from The Clash (I Need a Dodge! Joe Strummer On the Run) or Pulp. One of the most interesting films is 20.000 days on Earth, which won an award for best director in Sundance. It shows 24 hours in the life of Nick Cave, an intimate portrait of the creative process.

This festival lasts until November 2 and it has a program with 50 films, with a wide diversity of music genres like punk, ska or jazz. There will be lots of other events: conferences, workshops and even concerts.

This year, the festival will pay tribute to Frank Scheffer, with his own film section and a master class. There will be also the first edition of In-Edit Radio Show (Wednesday at 19h), a radio show opened to the audience that will cover the main topics of the XX and XXI Centuries through the film documentaries from all the editions of the festival.

You can get your tickets from the festival website or the main ticket office (Muntaner, 24), close to Cines Aribau. From Hotel Omm, in Passeig de Gracia. We recommend you to enjoy Beefeater In-Edit, one of the most important film festivals in Barcelona.
