Four hands dinner Mugaritz-Roca Moo


Chefs Andoni Luis Aduriz of Mugaritz and Rafa Panatieri of Roca Moo will serve, together with Joan Roca, an exclusive tasting menu in our gastronomic restaurant at Hotel Omm.

Rosa Esteva, the owner of Hotel Omm, will gather two of our most international Spanish chefs for an exclusive dinner at Roca Moo on Thursday, November 23rd. Andoni Luis Aduriz, alma mater of Mugaritz (Guipúzcoa, in the north of Spain) and Joan Roca from El Celler de Can Roca (Girona) will take over Roca Moo’s kitchen next to the restaurant’s Executive Chef, Rafa Panatieri. Together they will prepare a unique twelve-course tasting menu for a maximum of 50 diners.

Both the Aduriz team and the Roca-Panatieri tandem will propose five dishes each plus a dessert. All the courses will be served alternately with wine pairings by Guillermo Cruz, Mugaritz’s sommelier, Cecilia Guedes and Nerea Sorribes, Roca Moo’s sommeliers and Josep Roca, from El Celler de Can Roca. All the proceeds from this event will be donated to the humanitarian organization Acción contra el Hambre (Action Against Hunger).

This project, which coincides with the 15th Anniversary of Hotel Omm, is the result of Rosa Esteva’s enthusiasm for continuing to innovate and the complicity she has with both teams. In particular, she has been working with the Roca brothers since the creation of the gastronomic concept of the hotel fifteen years ago.
