Last week, one of the biggest gastronomic events of the year took place in Portugal, is the Vila Vita’s Fine Wines & Food Fair, where the Chef Juan Pretel from our restaurant Roca Moo, and the Chef Evaristo Triano from the beach restaurants of the Tragaluz Group had the honor to participate.
At this gastronomic event held every two years, some of the most influential chefs in the world gather for the preparation of five exclusive dinners and lunches at the Ocean Restaurant, Atlântico Restaurant and Praia Dourada Restaurant establishments. We are very proud of the participation of our chefs in an event of these characteristics.
Diversity of flavors in Barcelona
Of course, the gastronomy in Barcelona is not far behind and proof of it are the gastronomic events and restaurants awarded with Michelin stars that are in the different spaces of our city. Among them, we find our restaurant Roca Moo, directed by Chef Juan Pretel and advised by the Roca brothers.
The Matsuri 2017 Festival. The traditional Japanese festival par excellence of Barcelona returns in its fifth edition during June 10 and 11 in Moll de la Fusta. They are two days full of Japanese culture and tradition, where you can enjoy their authentic gastronomy in the “Japanese Street Food” space.
