Jordi Roca reveals the secrets of some of the most emblematic El Celler de Can Roca and Rocambolesc ice cream shop deserts. The sourdough ice cream served at El Celler, for example, is combined with Katsuyama sake from the Miyagi Prefecture. During the presentation, people can taste sakes from that winery, while enjoying the great talent and creativity of Jordi Roca, considered the best baker in the wolrd, according the 50 Best Restaurants of the World Award, published by the British magazine ‘Restaurant’.

Among Jordi Roca conference, other activities such as wine tasting, cooking showings, and conferences around the Japanese cuisine, together with great Japanese cuisine professionals will take place in the same Japanese gastronomy workshop, located in the hall 1.

Manga Fair has become the most important Japanese comics event in Spain, and in recent editions has brought together more than 100,000 visitors. This year, it will take place from October 30 to November 2 at Fira de Barcelona Montjuïc enclosure. At the same, and as usually, hundreds of exhibitions, activities and contest around the manga, anime and other aspects of the Japanese culture, are done.
