Countdown to discover Roca Moo!
The countdown to enjoy Roca Moo’s Michelin starred food begins. On July 28, our gastronomic restaurant managed by the Roca Brothers will close to let another exciting adventure start its journey. After 15 years offering exceptional flavors, sublime wine pairings and a particular vision of Catalan cuisine, Roca Moo will bid farewell to Barcelona at the end of this month. Don’t leave the city without trying it!
Led by Chef Rafa Panatieri, Roca Moo is the only other place in the world besides El Celler de Can Roca, where you can enjoy the famous gastronomy of the Roca Brothers, together with original creations by Rafa and his team. Recognized with one Michelin Star, to have lunch or dinner here is a unique experience, incomparable and unforgettable which you can’t miss. Book your table here!
During 15 years, Roca Moo has been a pioneer in a different (and very successful!) gastronomic concept with the support, from day one, of Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca. “When I asked the Roca Brothers to sign the proposal and in 24 hours they said yes, I experienced one of the greatest emotions of my life”, recalls Roca Esteve, the owner of the hotel all these years. Thus, the haute cuisine of the Roca Brothers arrived to Barcelona, based in Hotel Omm.
With a restaurant young in age, modern in its concept, avant-garde in design and creative in the ideas it collects and conveys in each dish. Its history, written by great chefs and sommeliers. Felip Llofriu was the first right-hand man of the Girona saga in Barcelona, followed by Juan Pretel and Rafa Panatieri. Roger Viusà, Xavi Ayala, Audrey Doré, Cecilia Guedes and Nerea Sorribes have taken care of the wineries, accompanying each dish with their wine, enhancing the flavors and reinforcing the experience of pleasure, a key concept in Roca Moo.
For all this, the history, the flavors, the urban version of the Roca Brothers in Barcelona, the interior design, the place itself and all those other sensations that cannot fit into words, Roca Moo is a must in Barcelona. You have until July 28 to discover it. Don’t miss it!
