Roca Moo is back with new dishes!
At last. Roca Moo is back from vacation with great enthusiasm and… delicious new surprises for the palate! A sneak peek? Red shrimp “caldereta”, pigeon ice cream, fake sardine… Come and taste them! According to the restoration director of our five star hotel in Barcelona, Berenguer Grifuls, the “caldereta” is highly recommended.
Furthermore, for those who choose our gastronomic restaurant for their lunch break, the Moo Menu also offers new options. You can enjoy mackerel with bottarga as a starter and a first and second course to choose between two dishes. Would you go for the low temperature cooked egg with artichokes, foie and truffle or the cuttlefish rice with baby beans? The fish of the day with celery and grilled white asparagus or the suckling pig terrine with melon and beetroot? Oh! And for dessert, raspberries with chocolate.
This way, keeping the essence inherited from El Celler de Can Roca, Roca Moo offers creative Catalan cuisine, balance of flavours and tasting menus. In particular, there are two available menus with pairing wines, the Joan Roca Menu and The Classics Menu, which change and are periodically updated according to the time of the year. Plus the Moo Menu, our lunch menu from Tuesday to Friday, also defined by fresh seasonal products, for only 49€.
As irresistible as usual… Roca Moo, which has been awarded a Michelin star and two suns in the Repsol Guide, is looking forward to welcoming you from Tuesday to Saturday from 1.30pm to 3.30pm and from 8pm to 10.30pm. Bon appétit!
