3rd edition of the Volvo Christmas Concert in Barcelona

Welcoming Christmas for the third consecutive year the “Volvo Christmas Concert” arrives in Barcelona, next Wednesday, December 20, at the Royal Palace of Pedralbes at 7:30 p.m.

Volvo Christmas: Much more than a Christmas concert!

The Volvo Christmas Concert transcends the limits of a simple concert and turns the evening into a solidary act full of culture. It will be a night in which the invited artist, Leticia Moreno, will bring us the classic works from a very fresh and current approach.

At this event, attendees will enjoy a welcome recital by a soprano and a guitarist, followed by a concert of the line-up main star Leticia Moreno. A woman who began her musical career in Boston, as a violinist and pianist at the tender age of 3 under the Suzuki Method and who was already offering her first concerts with only 5 years old.

Leticia Moreno is going to play for the public songs like “Sonata for violin and piano” by Enrique Granados, “Tzigane” by Maurice Ravel, “Le Grand Tango” by Astor Piazzolla and “Carmen” by Pablo de Sarasate. After this, attendees will go next to the Christmas cocktail menu, oyster tasting, the cocktail show and the toast with the artist, making it a great opportunity to exchange opinions with the violinist.

Volvo Christmas Concert, a meeting for solidarity purposes

In this event, the 240 guests, as well as being able to browse the exhibition of the collaborating partners, including our modern 5-star design hotel, will attend a cocktail exhibition organized by the best bartenders in Barcelona.

Another point to emphasize is the solidary character of this concert. All benefits will go to the Boscana Foundation, which seeks to improve the quality of life for people with intellectual disabilities, helping them to gain autonomy and to participate more in our society.

Moreover, if after this evening, you want to dine in good company, you can find in the same Diagonal Avenue our two restaurants from Grupo Tragaluz, Negro restaurant and Rojo restaurant. Both located in the same space but in different floor levels.

Black it’s all about international cuisine and modern atmosphere, while Red is the place for good sushi and Japanese food lovers.

A safe bet for a complete night of fun and good food!
