A date with the devil

The Palau de la Música will receive on December 9th at 21:00 the band tribute to The Rolling Stones with possibly the best double of Mick Jagger, the band is Not the Rolling Stones, who are famous Internationally thanks to its ability to capture the sound and authentic spirit of the members of a band as mythical as the Rolling. Not the Rolling Stones promises to give the audience an experience full of good music with the best hits of the real Rolling Stones from its beginnings to its golden years, playing songs like Paint in Black, Satisfaction, Shelter, Angie and of course cannot miss Sympathy for the Devil.

Viewers who have attended the performances of this tribute band are amazed to see and hear the incredible similarity in sound and staging that Not the Rolling Stones presents to the public, so many of you probably get out of the show thinking “I can’t believe it’s not Jagger, “a phrase that is curiously the promotional motto of the band.

A hard day’s night

What better way to enjoy the weekend than with a tribute to one of the sensations of rock of all time? This is precisely what the Gran Teatre del Liceu has prepared for the 10th of December with a very special tribute to The Beatles, a show that is organized by Julia Baird, sister of the late Beatle, John Lennon.

The members of The Mersey Beatles, like the original Fab Four, were born in Liverpool, where they have been making tributes to The Beatles since 1999 in the most famous local of the native town of the band and that hosted the first presentations of the Beatles, The Cavern Club at number 10 Mathew Street in Liverpool. Lennon’s own sister has said “The Mersey Beatles is the most authentic tribute band I’ve ever heard, and I’ve listened to them all,” while The British Beatles Fan Club claims they are the best tribute band out there today.
