Josep, Joan and Jordi Roca, known worldwide for their magnificent work as founders and owners of the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, which currently ranks third in the list of the 50 Best Restaurants in the World. The brothers not only bring their immense creativity to the fires of this legendary restaurant at Calle Can Sunyer 48 in their native Girona, but also are the gastronomic godfathers of our restaurant in Hotel Omm, the Roca Moo with one Michelin star and the Roca Bar, with a little more informal menu.

The personality of each of the brothers seems to be in accordance with the work each one develops, which in turn has made them a perfect gastronomic trio, each with a super power in the kitchen. Joan is in charge of the salty kitchen, Josep is the wine expert and Jordi takes the sweet side and is in charge of all the pastry and confectionery.
